Christmas
It's that time of the year,
For Santa to make a comeback.
For presents to fill the floor,
For candy, cookies and knick-knacks.
Friends and family gather round,
The table and the turkey.
Together, hands clasped and heads bowed,
Giving thanks to God Almighty.
The glow of the candlelight,
Warms hearts all around.
The laughter and the good cheer,
Saying, good times are abound.
Christmas isn't Christmas,
If it doesn't happen from your heart.
So let the bliss envelope us,
And let the celebrations start.
To everyone, a very Merry Christmas!
